Hello Deep,
The best countries to do Masters in mechanical engineering in Europe are United Kingdom, Germany, France and then comes the number of Italy or the Netherlands and some more countries. In some of these countries, the medium of instruction is English which is a better choice for Indian students as they have studied in English only, but in Germany or some more countries you need to learn German first or that countries language first and then only you will be able to continue for your Master's degree. You cannot get admission at the end of the year. You need to wait for the new session which most probably will commence around March, June or July.
