For a Masters in law, you must be a qualified lawyer. If you want to do a LLM, then you must first do a 3 year, 5 year LLB from a recognized institution. Upon fulfilling the graduation criteria, you will be eligible for a Masters in law.

Lucknow University offers admission to various UG and PG courses on the basis on the marks obtained in the entrance test conducted by the Lucknow University. The duration of the entrance tests conducted for LU admissions is different for different courses.
It would be recommendable to get in touch with the college officials for the detailed information.

2. Since you hold a Bachelors degree in Technology, you are eligible for applying for JRF only. This is because, the PGDip course is not considered equivalent to a Master's degree, which is the basic eligibility for applying for LS. They clearly said SCDL is an autonomous institute. They never declared that SCDL Diploma has no value.
