MIB - Master of International Business and MBA - International Business is same. The difference is only nomenclature. There is no actual difference. Some institutions to be out of the purview of AICTE offer the same programme a PG programme in Management with specialisation in International Business in the name of MIB. Yes, why not. You could pursue MBA in your choice while working too, as you could ask the company to make you help in the Degree as then, you will again join their company.
