Hello Sanjay, Getting into US is becoming increasingly difficult with each passing year. On the other hand, Australia sends it's mission twice a year in India to promote colleges there. I feel that due to this reason you should select to go to Australia.

MBA seems to be the most preferred option and a valid choice for B.Tech students. The change in stream from engineering to Management gives them scope of searching jobs in Engineering as well. As Management. Being a Graduate, you are eligible to pursue MBA via Distance Learning as well. I shall be bale to suggest Universities in Haryana like GJU, KUK for MBA. You can explore distance learning universities as per your choice of place or state.

Yes, you can do Masters in English while doing the Open School course. As far as I know, Doing M.A. In the Distance Mode/Correspondence Mode is possible because Open Course shall not come as a hindrance. You may please think of options such as Kurukshetra University or any other reputed Distance Education Institution.

See, your minimum qualification for the Masters course abroad is Graduation course. Suppose, if you are an engineering graduate then you need to appear for the entrance exam like GRE TOEFL, IELTS. On Basis of the score in these exams, you can get good university abroad and also you can get scholarship as well. MASTER courses are like MS, MBA, M.Sc etc. Hope you understand.
Thanks.
