The candidates are allowed to apply for their post-graduation subject or its related subject if there is no subject of your post-graduation. The UCG NET exam is conducted for the lectureship at the university or the junior research fellowship. As you have completed the Masters in Pharmacy you may apply for the CSIR NET Earth Science. Check the official notification to know in details.

If you are placed in a good company you can do your job but still if you want to achieve a higher degree. You can do Master's degree along with your job.
