Yes, surely.
The eligibility for M.A. in English is graduation and/or Bachelor's degree obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India.
There is a relaxation of 5% aggregate for SC/ST candidates.
Generally, universities conduct entrance examination for admission to the M.A. Programme in English but there are certain universities which take admission on the basis of merit.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
Yes, it possible but you have to confirm with the universities first. Typically, you can complete a one year PG diploma course in India or complete the first year of a relevant MS course in India to get the 16-year education requirement. In addition to these, you must have a high percentage, good projects, IELTS score, and a competitive profile overall.

You can look for some sales/marketing jobs in jewellery designing firms. With your experience, you can start your own work or become a freelancer. It the worst case you will always have the option to shift into any other field related to business administration because of your Master's degree (MBA). But since the jewellery designing and business administration could be a combination little less available, I personally feel you can do well there.
The choice is yours.
