The eligibility criteria for MBA at Manipal university is Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognised university with aggregate marks of 50% or above. Based on your 49% in graduation degree, you are not eligible for admission in Manipal University if you are a general category student.

A Composite Score of 600 and above is needed to get the admission and the fees structure is around 3.5LPA for 1st year and same amount for next year also.

yes you can get, but take TANCET to get into councillling quota where your fees will be very less.

Yes. CAT or MAT score along with a consistent academic performance is considered by IIM's. It doesn't mean that you must score 80+%. Above average is preferable.

If you are asking about IIMA, the answer is certainly not because the IIM's never consider MAT. MAT is widely accepted in non IIM's, but it is desirable to confirm with the specific institute.
