In general terms, management's institutes are more costly than Science and technology colleges.

From the site data, it appears that the JIM college fee is around 8.5 lakh.

Here are the entrance examinations for admission to JIM College, among many others.

CAT, MAT, CMAT, BE, and other PG degrees.

All are eligible for this collage.

For different cutoff marks, there is also a scholarship programme.

In this scheme, all the students who clear the cutoff then get as per schoolships.

So MAT, like other exams, is preferred for admission.

No, MAT isn't required for MBA at Hyderabad School of Buisness. However you have to qualify GMAT in which a score of 710 and above is considered as a safe score. And if you give GRE then a score of 320 and above is considered as a qualified score for ISB.

Moreover you must have an aggregate of more than 50% in your Bachelors or undergraduate degree from any field

MAT is one of the entrance exams widely accepted for admissions in Indian management schools. However, to avail, the candidate must be eligible based on all other eligibility criteria set by SSIM to include a minimum education requirement and requirements for a minimum MAT score.

Actually, MAT exam is not required for MBA schools for learning business they can select their candidates by CAT or TSICET exam or else they can go by the graduation criteria like they have should have minimum graduation percentage from a recognised instution.

The biggest advantage of taking up the MAT MBA entrance test has to be that nearly all international schools accept MAT scores. As the MAT exam score is accepted by more than 600 MBA colleges in India, it is one of the largest MBA entrance tests in the country. No other MBA entrance exam is as widely accepted as MAT.
