CEPT University in Ahmedabad does not mandate the MAT for MBA programme admissions. Instead, the university conducts its own entrance examinations and organizes Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI) as part of the admission process.

To qualify for admission to CEPT's MBA program, prospective candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

1. Possess a recognised bachelor's degree from any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
2. Attain a valid score in UMAT (Urban Management Aptitude Test).

MAT is not strictly required for admission to the MBA programme at Jai Narain Vyas University (JNVU).

Instead, admission is based on scores from various entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, and ATMA.

After obtaining scores from one of these exams, candidates go through a selection process that includes a Group Discussion (GD) and a Personal Interview (PI) conducted by the university.

No, You can get entry via other Entrance exams too such as
CAT
JEMAT

There's many options for Entrance exams if you want to enter MBA at Patliputra University, you can opt for another if you don't wish to continue with MAT.

Hope that helps.

A valid score in any of the MBA entrance exams (CAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/XAT/GRE and KMAT) is required. However, MAT is not required for MBA. It is a decision.

The MAT is one of several management exams accepted at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham - Kochi Campus.  Aside from the MAT, CAT, GMAT, CMAT, and XAT scores are also accepted for MBA admission. However, it is obvious that you must take at least one of these management exams in order to be eligible for an MBA at ASAS Kochi.

If you want to take admission at IIRM Hyderabad of MBA course, you should have atleast 50 percent in your graduation.

You also should have passed any of the following exams (MAT, XAT, CAT, CMAT, ATMA). So if you score minimum 50 percent in any of these exams you can get qualified for the cutoff in order to take admission. So not only MAT but you can give the above exams too.

MBA admission at Magadh University - MU does require MAT scores but it is optional. The university accepts scores of CAT, XAT, CMAT, and ATMA exams for MBA admissions. To be eligible for registration in the Magadh University MBA programme, candidates need a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate. The admission process typically considers eligibility criteria that revolve around academic qualifications, often asking a bachelor's degree in any discipline, and performance in entrance examinations. Candidates are selected based on either their merit or their performance in the university's entrance examination.
