The best college in India for MBA is many IIMs and DU but some of specific colleges are:

Department of Financial Studies (DFS), DU Rs. 0.48 lakhs

FMS BHU Rs. 0.98 lakhs

Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai Rs. 1.14 lakhs

Pune University Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA) Rs. 1.32 lakhs

  1. One of the most important points in SIES Mumbai PGDM Admission Eligibility criteria is that apart from a recognised graduate degree, the candidate should appear in one the MBA entrance exams namely CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAH CET/MAT/ATMA and must score well to become eligible for admission.

NMIMS University Banglore does not accept MAT scores, NMIMS conducts its own entrance exam which is NMAT by GMAC  To get admission to NMIMS you have to clear the  NMAT then  you are eligible for admission, or if you have any other query related to admission  you visit or check the official website of the university

Some one-year PG courses that accept CAT and MAT results are as follows: 
MBA in Entrepreneurship: This degree is offered at various Indian universities, including the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs). The semester-based education costs between INR 1 and 20 lakhs.
Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship Development: This is a two-semester full-time degree program.
MBA in Human Resource Management: Candidates who have graduated from a recognised university and completed an MBA entrance test are eligible for this program.
This course accepts CAT, MAT, XAT, and NMAT results for Business Analytics.

Yes, it is possible that you get admission in Jain deemed to be a university (JET) without the MAT exam. It is not mandatory to pass the MAT entrance exam for admission. Apart from that, universities organize the Jain entrance exam or other entrance exams like CMAT, CAT, XAT, NMAT, and GMAT.

XIME have high cut off for MAT 80%ile +. If you want admission through MAT then write February MAT and try to score better. XIME accepts CMAT also try to get good percentile in CMAT too. I have received 708.5 in MAT exam (95.6 percentile)

For MBA at Gurugram university minimum cut-off for MAT score is 650. And that too may vary according to the quality of candidates applied. The chance of getting admitted will be high if the score is too good.
