It is a very difficult question to answer that is to name universities, which will allow you to do so. There are many universities with different requirements. MBA usually is not free, MBA programs are expensive. Also, MBA programs are designed for working professionals. You may not be even eligible without having work experience. If you are interested for management programs you should look out for MS Management programme. Not sure about the free education for MS. You can check scholarship options, if you have an excellent profile you may be granted financial aid.

Chances are bleak, because this year the CAT has given the result before the closing date of UBS application form. So, it might happen the students of good percentile who really wish to join UBS will be more and they will not leave the seat. But, if you perform well in GD-PI process and get a good merit rank, then you can get admission easily. I hope it clears your doubt.
