Yes, you can apply for MBA entrance, because most of the Colleges consider minimum 50% in graduation. You have more than 50%, so maybe you can get good Colleges.

There is no cut-off as such for CAT it's percentile basis . Score as much percentile as you can to get a good college for MBA.

The eligibility criteria for MBA programme at VIT-Vellore is as under:-
1. A minimum of 60% marks is required in undergraduate degree from a recognized University or Institution. The Bachelor's degree should be of minimum 3 years duration after completion of higher secondary education (10+2) or equivalent.
2. The candidate should have studied in regular full-time programmes.
3. Relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
