With your percentile, I would suggest you to look for tier-2 or tier-3 B-Schools.

It depends on the college. Few colleges are very peculiar about it while some are not. I guess you find equally good colleges at cut-off of 70 percentile, you can opt them as well.

The eligibility criteria is changed every year. You should know that IIM Indore considers your 10th, 12th, graduation and latest CAT scores for PGP admissions. There is a certain weightage given to each of these. The candidates who qualify, are shortlisted for the WAT and PI round. The candidates are then further selected based on their performance in these rounds.
