I don't think you have any chance at NY decent college. You may want to try the local State level entrance exam or try next year.

Yes, you can. See, though they do ask for at least 50% in graduation and since your score is 49.99 that to be considered 50. Now, what all you need to get a good entrance score to make it there.

It's famous for marketing. If you want to go for marketing, go for it.
If you are looking for finance as major or other specialisation like operations, financial engineering, HR, etc. colleges like IFMR and GLIM are also good choices.

Further I would like to let you know that the in admission criteria of GLBIMR gives only 40% weighted to MAT Score and rest 60% weighted is given to academic performance, GD & PI.
