You can go for certification to add value to your profile like ITIL, Six Sigma, etc. And once you have a relevant experience, you should go for project management.

Finance is the best, if you are looking from a job perspective and growth. However, it is also the toughest one. You need to be really good at mathematics to choose finance. Finance never runs out of job openings.
Marketing is good as well. It needs relatively less effort while studying and good job opportunities in the market.
HR is good, but have least jobs as of now. There is lot of competition.

Dear,
MBA in HR leads to human resource activities in any organisation. MBA in finance leads to finance functions of the organisaiton. If you have done B.Com, it would be better to go for finance if you do not want to opt HR specialisation.
