Yes, you can get a job in marketing field after completing MBA in finance or HR. But I would suggest you come up with a convincing answer to questions like, why did you opt for MBA in HR/finance if you were interested in marketing?

As you are interested in MBA, after completing your Diploma, you have to do a Bachelor's degree in mechanical among B.Tech and BE. After this, you can go for MBA in HR
MBA can be done only after doing graduation.
