As you have completed MBA in Finance, you can go for professional courses like CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CFP (Certified Financial Planner), FRM (Financial Risk Manager), NCFM, Executive programme in Algorithmic Trading. Apart from these you can also go for courses on newer technologies like R, Python and Blockchain.

Mathematics is helpful for CAT & other exams but not compulsory if you're not interested in math. So, you can leave maths.

Hi Deepa,I am sorry, but last date to apply was 15th march this was the last phase 2 last chance to apply in Welingkar.

HR is good in IISWBM but the package is a bit low like 5 LPA or 5.5 LPA. Faculties are excellent.
The curriculum of MBA (HR) is too good.

Both of the courses are equally recognized, the institution in which you perceive the course is what that matters according to me.

To study MBA abroad, one needs work experience, especially if you want to get admitted into a good university and looking for a job. Average work experience of applicants is 3 to 5 years. If you want to apply without experience then go for MS management not MBA. For MBA you must also take the GMAT. There are also few exceptions; if you have a very good profile then you may be considered. Certain universities also accept freshers, they may not be highly ranked. Do some research here and decide what is best for you.
