There are so many options but as per UGC Guidelines there are few universities only those are valid to run the Top Distance MBA. Amity University, Annamalai University, NMIMS, JIMS, IGNOU.

Both the courses are good. MSW gives more exposure on the development sector side whereas MBA (HR) gives exposure more on the corporate side. Thus, keeping in mind your long term career goals as to in which sector you want to work you need to decide on the course.
