SIIB is slightly better than SIBM. SIBM - B has shown a steady increase, but still SIIB has given better placements over the years. The money and time spent over these 2 years is a crucial factor that needs to be taken into consideration. Hence, I would suggest you to go with SIIB, unless you live near SIBM.

You can try for the entrances like CAT, CMAT, MAT, etc. and you will surely get into top b-schools. You can delete the thought process about management quota.
