MBA in Finance has more job opportunities in areas such as banks, investment and portfolio management firms, accounts departments of companies etc. On the other hand, MBA in Marketing has job opportunities in areas such as brand management, advertising, sales departments etc.

In my opinion the MBA specialisation should be chosen based on 2 attributes. First is your area of interest and second is your capability to excel in that area. Money does matter, but in the long term it won't. Finance will make or break the company. Marketing is the back bone for the company. Finance if you perform well; you will move to the top. Managing the Marketing is more important than doing marketing. If you are an introvert - Go for Finance. If you are an extrovert - Go for Marketing. Getting a job in Marketing is easy compared to Finance.

Chartered financial analyst CFA The CFA programme is an excellent option for those fascinated in a career in the Finance area. It is a very exhaustive and long course so you may want to start preparing for it before starting your MBA.

Go through the basics: Most of you may not be of a management background like the students from BMS or BBA. Hence, a good idea would be to go through the basics of what the MBA has to offer. Try to proactively learn some basic terms and concepts from general subjects like marketing, finance, economics, etc. $ B.Com or BBA are the best.

Both courses have their own pros and cons. If you want to attend regular college then, you can go for a regular or full-time MBA and if you want to do a job and do not have time to attend regular classes then, a distance MBA is best for you.

I don't have the authority to change MBA 1st year's 1st semester exam timings. However, if you have a genuine reason for requesting a change in the exam timings, I would suggest that you reach out to the concerned authorities in your institution and explain your situation. They may be able to help you or provide you with some alternatives. It's always better to communicate with your institution than to assume that nothing can be done. Best of luck with your exams!

Of course you can do that. In fact, you should pursue management education after your graduation for a better future. I would suggest you to pursue Technology blended MBA/PGDM course with dual specialisation, like PGDM in AI+ML, Finance+FinTech, Marketing+Business Analytics, Hr+HR Analytics, etc. ( For Reserved category Candidate minimum 45 per cent marks is mandatory. ). $ You can try The Popular entrance conducted for MBA is CAT GMAT XAT etc.
