Dear Devanshu, MBA Technology Management is a postgraduate management course for two years. The course concentrates on creating business world leaders who are not only good at handling emerging technologies but also understand how to adapt within the workforce to its rapid changes. This course combines the expertise of Technology with the skills of Business Administration. However, an MBA in IT will provide you with the skills needed to manage both IT systems and employees, combining the traditional business knowledge of an MBA with specialised courses on information security, telecommunications, and IT project management, to name a few. A BBA student can easily cope with these programmes if he studied BBA in IT. If you have studied the general BBA programme, then I would recommend you go through the syllabus of both programme. Well, I believe if the student is hard-working, then there is no difficulty to do these programmes. The highest package offered for the management programme is 21 LPA.
