Aspirants must possess a bachelor's degree in any field with at least 50% aggregate from a recognised university to apply for MBA at Rathinam School of Business. Those belonging to the reserved categories must secure at least 45% aggregate. Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply provided they submit the proof of graduation within the stipulated time after admission.

Rathinam School of Business shortlists candidates for admission to MBA programme based on their scores in Karnataka PGCET or CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT. Selected candidates are further called for group discussion and personal interview round. Once selected, aspirants are required to report at the campus for document verification and fee payment.

The college offers only one MBA specialisation, which is in Airline and Airport Management.
