It's difficult. But you should try out for against CAP seats which will be available after the CAP process is done.

Well, NMIMS is better than others for BBA but I would say check for Amity University and Lovely Professional University. They have a better exposure for BBA.

It totally depends on you, as you have the job scope after graduation, but if you want the corporate jobs then MBA is the best option. But you need to take admission in MBA hospital management in a top university like Amity University, Lovely Professional University, SRM University, etc. As in today's competitive world, MBA needs academic exposure.

Selection Criteria at NMIMS-
Eligibility is a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate.

For two-year full time PGDM programme:
*Freshers with less than 24 months/no work experience as on 30th June 2018 are eligible. The institute accepts CAT scores of years 2016/ 2017 or XAT scores of years 2017/ 2018 or GMAT scores taken after Jan 1, 2016 or CMAT scores of the year 2017/ 2018.
PGPM:
*For PGPM 2018, the institute will accept CAT scores of the year 2016/2017, XAT scores of the year 2017/2018 or GMAT scores taken after Jan 1, 2015 or CMAT scores of the year 2017. A Bachelors degree from a recognized university is must.
*A minimum work experience of two years by March 31, 2018 is required to apply for PGPM 2018 batch.
