You shall appear in entrance tests or exams on the basis of graduation. You need to do well in the entrance exams and that will take you to MBA.
The history you mentioned needs to be overshadowed by your good work in the selection test.

The calculation is done over the percentile basis. For that your percentile must be greater than 90, then only you could get admitted into the top most government colleges for MBA.

The basic difference between a PGDM programme and MBA is that the PGDM is offered by a private college while MBA can only be offered by a university. The choice should be based on the placement statistics provided by the college. If you go for jobs, then most of the descriptions state "MBA or Equivalent", here, PGDM is considered as equivalent to MBA (please check whether the college has accreditation and recognitions such as AIU. AIU recognised institutions provide MBA equivalent PGDM programs). The choice is yours, you can either go for PGDM or MBA, but please consider the placement records of the college before selecti

Every college requires the marksheets of graduation for reference, however, if you do not have the marksheets, it is better to speak to the admission cell of the college. I suggest so because few colleges accept the internet generated marksheet or the final marksheet (the consolidated one) for their reference.
