Yes, Xavier's is one top institution for MBA studies. All the courses are accredited by UGC and for distance it is approved by DDE (Directorate of Distance Education). It will fetch you job until these boards are recognizing your certifications. Dual Specialization is the best way to hold interest in two different fields in one course. In Alliance University, there is no constant way. In the first semester, you guys might be divided into sections in alphabetical order and from the 2nd semester you choose your specialisations.
