When you do B.Pharma it makes complete sense to pursue Pharma MBA rather than General MBA. In general MBA, you are required to choose the functional area among marketing, hr, operations, IT or finance whereas in the Pharma MBA programme, you will do MBA in your own domain. The Pharma MBA will open lots of opportunities in pharma, devices, diagnostics, health insurance & hospitals. There will be no confusion about the choice of sector.

Remember, you are talking about Stanford here, world's most competitive university with the lowest acceptance rate. Unfortunately, your profile is not even close to the eligible criteria, your 12th grades are extremely poor and you are still in your first year B.A. You don't have work experience neither a GMAT score. Advise you to focus on your studies and get a job first to be MBA ready from abroad. If you are aiming for Stanford check their student profile and prepare accordingly.

Master in Business Administration are a good choice in this budding world. Government of India has opened several IITTMs for these studies. Those are specialised institutions only for Travel and Tourism Management courses.

MBA in Marketing. You can target construction companies like DLF and Aditya-Birla after your MBA in Marketing. I have seen many of my friends at Doon Business School who are civil engineers and are happy with the content of marketing.

Since you have done your Bachelor's in commerce, the best fields in which you can opt for MBA are Finance or Econometrics. Apart from that, you can also opt for Banking and Finance (BFSI), and International Business (IB).

1) GMAT is a must for getting MBA colleges in the US.
2) TOEFL is a standardized test to measure the English language ability of non-native speakers wishing to enroll in English-speaking universities. You have to clear both.
