No, they are two different courses-
Master of Financial Management is a postgraduate Financial Management course. Master of Financial Management covers all the related areas of finance and accounting with emphasis on managerial applications. Subjects included in this course are finance related. I think choice of the course should depend on why you are pursuing the course. If its only for education purpose - Go for any academic course that fits well with your aptitude. If its to secure a good career - Go for a vocational/Diploma course into the industry / field that you really like.

Dear Friend, I was in the same dilemma 2 years back. So I would share my journey with you. A lot of my close relatives are bankers and I want to become a banker too. I had interactions with them on what is the best choice - I had 2 options B.Com + MBA or BBA + MBA. My initial research shown that its better to go for B.Com + MBA as B.Com has 8 accounting subjects while BBA has only 3. Also, you essentially learn the same things in BBA and MBA and BBA does limit your options on what all you can do after completing the course. So I was close to taking admissions in B.Com. Candidates must qualify in either of the following: Management Aptitude Test (MAT). West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination For Management Aptitude Test (WBJEEMAT). Hi,
Christ University offers both UG and PG programs as well as Ph.D. M.Phil, etc. Admission process starts in January. Minimum cut-off varies between 45-60% marks. Admission is done on the basis of merit scored, skill assessment and personal interview. The selected candidates are invited for skill Assessment, Personal Interview and micro Presentation. Both Business School are good in tier 3. Fees of BIMTECH is higher than PDPU. Placement of BIMTECH is around 7 LPA and PDPU is 6.8 LPA. PDPU for energy and infrastructure management has smaller batch size than BIMTECH.
