To get admission for MBA you need 50% in graduation. You can choose any stream that you are interested in.

In my opinion, education genre is somewhat like the share market, where nothing can be predicted for quite a long time. Sometime back MCA had a huge power. But nowadays it is going moderate from job point of view. Now MBA is hugely in power. But there is no particular genre which can be said to give you guaranteed success. Now which MBA you will take depends mostly on your personal choice and your graduation genre. Now in your case the graduation genre is pharmaceuticals.
