Hi Manika,
It is hard to decide what to study after an MBA and work experience. The better option is to pursue another MBA with a specialisation of your interest and for your career growth. You should question yourself why Europe and why another course, in what ways doing another course will help you? You have to narrow down your choices and preferences and decide accordingly. One may also be interested to do a Ph.D. in marketing and get actively involved in research and academic work in this area. It completely depends on you what you want to study and why.

Hi,
Your profile seems good. Develop your work experience in such a way that it showcases your leadership and managerial skills. Remember you must take the GMAT or the GRE to be eligible to apply for MBA programs abroad. Some extra-curriculars like community services and interesting activities outside work is also a value-add.
