It is totally upto your interest. Both of the fields will require some amount of basic maths but nothing complex. For CS course, only foundation course has maths. For MBA, again there is little maths and calculations involved, especially if you want to specialize in finance. Else, if you wish to skip maths throughout, you can opt for MBA in Human Resource or Marketing. You can also explore the new and upcoming fields for MBA like MBA in Travel and Tourism, Event Management, Retail Management, E-Business etc.

You have to plan this carefully. First, to study MBA you must have work experience. Even if you complete your BBA in Canada, you must first get a job there and then apply. It is generally a good decision but if you are competent enough to be admitted into a good or top ranked university. Specially if you want to come back to India and find a job then you must have done your MBA from a very good university because in India the reputation and university ranking matters critically. Finance is a very good option and in-demand. Scope is immense. You can try applying to universities in countries like Canada, Australia, NZ etc. Where you can work for few years after studies. Once you gain some international work experience and apply to companies in India your CV will stand out.
