Will I get placement opportunities after completing MBA via distance at IIBMS similar to those offered to the regular students?

Doing full time course gives you opportunity to sit for campus placements which is not in the case of distance course, but you can opt for off-campus where you will get a job opportunity.

Which is a better option to pursue MBA in future among BBA and B.Com?

I would suggest you to go for BBA because it is on the same line as MBA. Contrary, B.Com is also a good course specially when you are opting for CA.

Can we do BBA+MBA from the same institute? What is the fee structure for this?

Yes, you can do both in the same institute. There are few universities who provide dual degree like Amity.There is no such integrated course in Manipal Univeristy Jaipur.
