IIM is, undoubtedly, the best B-School for pursuing MBA (or equivalent degree) in Bangalore. It is followed by the likes of Welingkar, NMIMS, Alliance, Christ, etc.

Yes, it is surely worth pursuing MBA after completing B.Com provided one is genuinely interested in making a career in the management sector. Being from commerce background, I think pursuing MBA in Finance is the most suitable option. However, you can choose any specialisation as per your interests and career goals. Kindly visit these links to know about the top MBA specializations as well as the top-ranked B-Schools in India:

Unfortunately, there is not even a decent B-School anywhere in India where one can get admission with just 50 percentile in the CAT exam and the ones you might get won't simply be worth enough to pursue MBA, turning out to be a total waste of both your precious time i.e. 2 years as well as money (in Lacs). I suggest you to either reappear for CAT (or other exams as per your wish) next year or focus on the other upcoming exams like MBA CET and MAT.
Wish you good luck.
