For MBA, you require a minimum of 50% in your graduation and with 43% you can do MBA from distance education.

It totally depends upon your area of interest that which field you want to choose in MBA.
Both finance (Accounts) and marketing are good and provide good growth to the students.

It does but has a little weighage during your interview round only. If you have a very good score then it is good for you else you might be asked why. Moreover, you need to maintain a minimum of 70% in your graduation as for some colleges it is one of the criteria but it may differ also.

MBA after M.Tech is a very unique choice. Normally students prefer to go for MBA after completion of graduation. But if you are not satisfied with PG and if you feel you have a passion for management then indeed you should go for MBA. But prepare well and seek admission in a top-line management school only.
