Hi Vivek,
You have to also mention your country preference, budget, GMAT score etc and actually its difficult to suggest colleges without such details. Overall, your profile looks good and an IIT tag also gives weightage. Basis the information you gave I can ask you to check universities like UCLA, UC Berkeley, NYU, Columbia University, University of Toronto to name a few, good for the areas of interest you mentioned. Go through many more such universities and the requirements and prepare accordingly. Shortlist 5-8 universities, follow the application timelines and apply early.

PGDM is a diploma in business studies whereas MS is a degree in engineering and stands for Masters in science. MS is normally a M.Tech degree earned outside of India whereas PGDM is a Masters degree commonly known as MBA. Both are of 2 years duration however, they are both entirely different fields of study and have different career prospects. PGDM will be subjects studied in the commerce field whereas MS consists of subjects studied in the Science stream.

Hello Neetu,
First, you need to select your desired college and apply accordingly. Generally, for MBA the colleges demand a good score in the entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT etc and so, it is advisable to appear for those exams.
You also need to have a minimum of 50% in your Bachelor degree or equivalent CGPA.
All the best.
