I am glad to know about your dream of doing business. If you want to pursue MBA on the basis of business then you are partially wrong. First, identify what kind of business you want to do for eg., I want to open a company like Flipkart then I should be good at supply chain management, if I want to start a company for marketing purpose then MBA in marketing will be good. If you want to start a consultancy for jobs then doing HR is good.
Thus, it depends on your liking, educational background, your business role and need, your talent and the career if you don't want to do business. So, let me know more about the above queri

You can enroll for Masters once you are done with a Bachelor's degree.
So now, if you want to do B.Tech through distance learning mode you can enroll in any universities offering the same after +2.
You may consider IGNOU or IP University for the same.

Non Commerce student should also pay Rs. 1000/- for bridge course.
