As far as CET is concerned a good score will always change depending on the number of students getting the same score. However a score above 100 is good and 130 is excellent as per 2017 trends.

One of the good options after BE in mechanical is:
M.Tech in streams like IC Engines n Automobiles, Materials Science, Metallurgical Sciences, Thermal engineering, CAD/CAE, CIM/ Production, Fluidics/ Hydraulics, Mechatronics, Nanotech, Industrial engineering.
If you are looking for MBA then Operations, Supply Chain, and Strategic Management are good streams

HRM is an integral part of every organization. As an HR you might have to work either of the following recruitment, learning and development, compensation, performance appraisal, etc. There is definitely tremendous scope and learning in this line, however when u compare it to marketing and finance is definitely has a bit slower growth.
For MBA there are greater chances to get a profile with more diverse roles.
