Distance MBA from IGNOU is the best option because IGNOU is most popular university in India and school with highest number of students in the world so it is also the best around. The university has been providing high quality distance education for many years and allows students to specialize in variety of subjects. Below mentioned are some Universities offering Interdisciplinary PhD:
1. IIM Bangalore
2. Ashoka University
3. Pondicherry University
4. TERI University
5. IIT Delhi
These are some top universities for your reference.
For NET after MBA you must possess 55% marks at least. You need to fill the form for NET with some chargeable fees, then you can apply for exam.

Hi,
MBA is difficult if you don't have work experience. Not only will this hamper admissions but also future job prospects are less. MS Management and MIB can be good. For job related information I will advise you to check the SOL of Australia, check the professions in demand and apply accordingly. Getting a job will definitely depend on your academic performance and also on your networking skills. See that the university you are applying to have good corporate tie ups and an active career assistance cell.

Both these paths lead to great potential for placements. But it should depend on your outlook. I personally feel that MBA is better.
