Firstly ask yourself why you need an MBA and what are you going to do after getting the MBA. This is what business schools will ask you and if you don't have a career goal nobody can suggest or help you. Yes gaining work experience in organizations like ISRO, BHEL, etc. will definitely boost your application and CV but at the same time you have to keep planning as to how you can relate your work experience and MBA and the combined outcome. Since you are preparing for MBA and have an interest in SAP then I would recommend going with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). To learn SAP you don't need to know any computer programs because the course you will pursue for functional not development.
