If you are living abroad and want to pursue MBA then distance education mode is the best for you. And select the institute which has the provision of online exam. Symbiosis is one of them in Pune, India. It is generally a 2 year course. There are other institutes as well such as SMU, ICFAI.

You will be eligible for MBA after completing your graduation and that too with minimum 50% marks overall in it. You must then take some time and prepare for the competitive exams CAT, MAT for getting admission in a reputed institute for MBA.

Each Institute of MBA has a name and reputation attached to it. I suggest you go by the name of the institute rather than the university it is attached to or whether it is autonomous or not.

None of them is difficult provided you have a flair for them and if you have a clear cut path defined for your career in front of you. MCA is a technical oriented course. You can also do MBA after you complete your MCA in case your work / job demands it.

There are lots companies especially in the private sector waiting to take bright candidates. There is no one such company. There are many. You need to select the one which can give you more opportunities to learn in the beginning along with good responsibility.

MBA by distance education mode is generally a two year program having total 4 semesters. In most of the institutes, there is a provision to select the number of subjects per semester. Minimum, it is 4 to 6 subjects per semester. You need to choose a college which has a Learning centre in or near to your city so that you can occasionally go there and take help in understanding or solving your queries.

Without doubt, post-graduation and Microbiology would be better as you will have lesser competition in this filed. Besides, the scope of Mircrobiolgists is increasing fast in India after the implementation of FSSAI clause on all food products. Even the large hotels now employ microbiologists.

Yes, you can change but before that think twice because even with MBA you can apply for the bank jobs. So, understand the requirements and then make the decision. For bank related jobs you need to develop some mathematical ability and logical reasoning power.

Between the tow that you have mentioned I have the opinion that MBA would be a better choice for you. MCA is a technically oriented course and therefore it requires a technical flair in the person. If you have that and want to work in IT sector then you may opt for MCA instead of MBA.

I suggest you opt for the stream which has a relation with the career you want to make for yourself. Find out your own interests and see in which field you have more interest. If for example you are an outgoing person who likes meeting and talking to people then opt for Marketing specialization for MBA. This is just an example. You can select the subject based on the kind of job you want to do.
