Yes, you should go for MBA. To develop your communication skills in English, read English books or watch English movies or the best is to listen to English songs. These will increase your concentration as well as confidence.

Association of Indian Universities (AIU) in the nodal agency for granting academic equivalence to the degrees awarded by the accredited foreign universities / Institutions for purpose of admission to higher courses. AIU publishes name of the Institutions whose Two Year Full Time Postgraduate Diploma in Management has been equated with MBA Degree for purpose of admission to Higher Studies. Graduates of those institutes whose PGDM is equated equivalent to MBA by AIU will be able to apply for government jobs where eligibility criteria is MBA degree and or want to pursue hD or MPhil in foreign countries.
