You must have studied Business Mathematics (aka Quantitative Methods) and Statistics in B.Com. Why don't you enroll in a course in Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence) in India to prepare yourself for a career in Data Analysis. Once you get a good knowledge in BI, apply for a MS in Business Analytics in USA. From the information I could gather, the following US universities accept applicants with a three year Indian Bachelor's degree.
University at Buffalo (SUNY)
Binghamton University (SUNY)
Columbia University in the City of New York
Northwestern University
University of North Carolina at Charlotte
Carnegie Mellon University
Tuck Schoo

Your question does not say what programming languages or computer related subjects you studied in B.Com (Computer Applications). My presumption is that you must have studied C or C+ or Java and Database Management Systems. If that is the case, I will not advise you to study MBA (at this stage). Enroll in a course that will give you a strong knowledge in the following:
1) Statistics
2) Excel (2013 or 2016)
3) Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for Excel
4) D3 (JavaScript) for Data Visualisation
5) Python for Data Analysis
6) R for Data Analysis
7) Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence) for Data Mining
8) SAS (Statistical Analysis System)
9)

Hello Subha,
The admission happen through two entrance exams. You should have written TANCET or MAT/ATMA/CAT and there is no pure management quota. The total fees structure for MBA through TANCET will come around Rs 3 lakhs for the entire course including the international study tour fees. Admission is only through TANCET counseling. The admission which are done through MAT/CAT/ATMA the total fees structure comes around Rs 11 lakh including hostel. For this process you should apply on the college website.

It depends upon whether you want to relocate yourself or you would look to come back to India. The specialization depends largely on the country, you would prefer to pursue your MBA.

As a whole, you will not get much advantage. Ideally, after computer engineering, if you specialize in other domains in MBA, it will widen your options in the job market.

Further education may take up a long time to get to into job. While watching your stream, your further education can bring you to big competition. If you are ready for it, then move along or else to pursue a job is a right option. Do not stretch your education too much.

Hello Aditi,
Well, honestly, there is no certainity in anything. Exactly like, Getting into an IIM also doesn't guarantee you a job. Similarly, not getting into an IIM doesn't mean that your studies are of no worth.
What matters is your dedication and hardwork and trying to be best in things we do.

Investment banking is a vast field with multitude of options across finance and operations within. You need not necessarily pursue additional certifications for operations (apart from your MBA Fin.). However, few nice to have standard certifications are CFA and FRM.
It would be good to at least start with these certifications in parallel with your MBA as there would be a significant overlap in the content.
