There are many colleges, but you should pay more attention to the reputed institution and reputed institution conduct entrance. You can go for it without exams, but it will be just for name sake.

That won't be a matter. You should prepare for upcoming MAT, CMAT, and CAT Exams. Final year graduates can also apply for the examinations. Major private b-schools in Amity University- Patna accept these scores.

Like you mentioned, you are just a beginner, so first skill for any stream you should develop is communication skills, later negotiation skill also play an important role in HR and marketing.
For finance, you should have grasp over your concept and calculations.
I would suggest, go for marketing in Amity Business School.

Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is conducted for admission to MBA, MCA and ME/M.Tech/MArch Degree programmes offered by colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu.
Eligibility:
Candidates need to have a recognised Bachelors degree of minimum three years duration and obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks is required in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examination.
