There isn't any reputed institute for MBA or Diploma in aviation, rather go for a core MBA from a tier 1 institute. Still, if you want to opt aviation only then prefer MBA over a diploma.

Hi,
For preparation, I found it best to use the correspondence material of one of the popular coaching institutes (especially the mock tests).
This should be enough. There are various books, etc that focus on one subject, but I believe they get quite lengthy and without a test series are not worth as much.

Hi,
You need have more than 50% in HSC. Most of the colleges do not consider HSC score. Only graduation marks are required.

Yes you can get admission with your BE score in top colleges. But you need to score high mark in MBA entrance exams like CAT.
