It entirely depends upon the company recruiting you, the job profile, skill-sets and the B-school from which you have pursued your management degree. An average MBA candidate would earn around Rs 6-8 lakhs.

Dear! It will very difficult to go UK without work experience. I am advice you to gain the experience for at least 2 year. However, you can get admission if you are really extra ordinary student with excellent marks and best extra circular activities and in entrance exam also.

Dear Simran,
Getting a job is not a big deal. To get a good job is more important. For that, you need to be competent enough with regards to the knowledge that you have acquired in your Diploma or degree. It is advisable that you need to keep your scorecard excellent during the entire course duration. The scorecard will keep you ahead of others and give you an opportunity to keep your words first. As far as the package is concerned it depends on your negotiating capability with the employer at the time of the interview. If you wish to take admission through distance learning mode than IGNOU is a very good option. It is a well established brand name in the field of distance education and learning. AICTE Approved distance MBA program. The distance learning MBA program offered by Indra Gandhi National University (IGNOU) is recognize by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It is also recognize as a central university by UGC. & approved by Distance Education Council (DEC), India.
