There is no difference between MBA and PGDM. Colleges affiliated to University provide a degree called MBA. Whereas, those institutions that aren't affiliated to any University and run the program provide PGDM. Even IIM's provide PGDM. I hope this would suffice. All the best and God bless you.

Eligibility requirements for part-time MBA programs are quite similar to the requirements seen in full time MBA programs. Just that these programs are designed for working professionals with at least two years of work experience.
Candidates will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university. They would also need GMAT or other entrance exam scores, essays, recommendation letters, a resume, and a personal statement.
However, in many colleges that offer direct admission, aspirants will not be required to submit GMAT or other entrance test scores.

M.Com will be a continuation of your subject of graduation. It will give you further knowledge in the field of Accountancy or any other special subject you opt for. However, MBA is a quite practical subject with regards to exposure into the management domain. On completion of M.com you shall get a job into the field of of Accountancy or Taxation. Whereas, MBA shall start your rewarding career into the field of management.
