Dear Sarah,
Ideally that's allowed. You can do MBA from one university and Diploma from another. There is no harm or something illegally but it depends on you that how will you manage. My suggestion is do your Diploma first and then do MBA because doing these both simultaneously is really hard to get the degree as these both 2 degrees are professional and you really need to invest your most of the time in preparing for these two. Rest is in your hand. It doesn't happen that nothing in your hand to take both. Kindly up vote the answer if you feel satisfied.
Good wishes dear.

Buddy, it is not possible to do regular MBA as you don't have minimum requirements. You must have 50% in graduation. If you don't have then you can't do it.
Good luck.

You are eligible to do MBA IT after B.Com. MBA IT will prepare you for Pre-Sales support , Account Management and Business Analysis in IT industry. But you will compete with normal MBA from good colleges for these roles. IT industry may prefer B.Tech CS - MBA IT over B.Com-MBA IT grads.
