Dear,
London Business School is one of the reputed universities and accordingly your percentage is very low to get selected. According to me you should improve your grades in Masters degree like psychology or related domain in which you want to pursue further.

Yes, but you have to secure good marks in CAT, MAT, etc. then you can get a suitable college for MBA in India. If you have got more than 50% in your B.Tech then you are eligible for these exams.

You must try to get into MICA-Ahmedabad, it is one of the best colleges for Masters in mass communication. You can also try for TISS through TISS-NET. There are many courses on sociology and HR.

It won't be difficult, rather there are more engineers in any B-school than B.Com or students from any other faculty. But electronics students pursuing MBA are doing well not only in finance but in every field.

The selection of college during PG level is much important as it decides our career paths if it is necessary for you to earn a degree irrespective of the college you can choose any one of the above mentioned but if you need exposure to current management as well as market scenario it would be much better for you to widen your options and go ahead with the same.
