Hello Rishabh! To get a good college providing good placements, you need to have a high CAT score. An average score will land you in a not-so-good college which won't be known much for its placements.

There is no good MBA college which gives admission only on the basis of one's graduation scores. You need to compulsorily give one or the other entrance exams(among CAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, etc) whose scores are accepted by that college as well as appear for their further interview rounds(if selected).

IIMP is the flagship institute of the complete Indira groups of institute (IGI) and it ranks in the following manner IIMP, ISBS, IGBS and ICEM. Although colleges are different, but placements are centralized with min package of Rs. 2.6 lacs p.a to max of Rs. 5-6 lacs p.a and can go up to Rs.8 lacs p.a as well with variation in fee structure. In case, your home university is Pune, then cutoff for OBC is around 83% marks. Accordingly, you will get admission and if you are other university student then cut off is 85% marks.

The general review from those who are doing preparation and or are already done with the CAT exam recommend to go for times, as it provides facilities that are required to prepare for one else as suggested in previous comment you can first try for demo lectures and by making permutations and combinations choose one for the preparation, because it's you who will understand that better.

The chances are null, if you belong to general category, but as you mentioned you are from SC Category, then there are slim chances of getting admission in Sinhgad College of Engineering. So, apply for the counseling.
