It depends upon the strength of the favorable candidates opting for the subject. Marginally if more than 33% of the total students opt for the particular subject, then it comes in the course.

You can prepare for government exams side by side, while pursuing your graduation. It's better to go for government exams, when you graduate. As the options get wider in range and better career opportunities are provided. But, there is no harm in going for them right after class 12th, they'll only add to your experience and prepare you better for future. Best of luck.

Right after engineering is not advisable. To do a management degree, you should know what to manage. You need understand the technical department to manage them on the top level. Have 2 or 3 years of Work Experience in the technical front, you will get saturated and will be pushed to go towards management, do MBA then. Dual bonanza, Work Experience adds weight to your profile and you will be more clear on what domain you need an MBA.
Its not difficult after you know what you want and what you intend to do.

Hello,
Before joining MBA you have to complete your under graduation course.
As far as my concern for under graduation course you should take BBA IB course.
It has great scope for future business strategies.
It'll give you wider scope and opportunities for international business and Masters course.

For HR, the placements are average. During the placement, few companies only come for HR. Currently, I don't have the list of companies, you can refer the website for overall companies recruiting students.
