Based on academic curriculum, the teaching and the method of teaching is very high. You get to learn lots of stuff apart from book and do case studies etc. The faculties are well experienced with Ph.D graduates.

Yes, both are different and the fees, course etc. everything varies. In UT, you can do 2nd year in USA or else, you can stay back here and complete the course. The fees structure is very high for UT when compared to MBA in PSGIM.

Hi,
According to me, we cannot tell whether you will get a seat with this rank or not, but in the counselling process, you may apply for that university and the college will take you according to ICET rank and according to the reservation criteria.
All the best.

Hi,
MBA is a higher education and many of the colleges don't intake the candidates according to previous degree percentage. But 50% aggregate is must for any higher education. Mostly you should write entrance exams.
For colleges in Mumbai here below the links provided go through it:

If you want to do MBA then give entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, etc. and since you're doing job preference would be given to you.
